The 5-6 October 2007 Bulgarian Real Estate Salon Report.
The Bulgarian Real Estate Salon took place in Moscow as part of the Moscow International Investment Show, on 2007 October 5&6. The Salon was organised by aiGroup and VIRTUS in cooperation with Industry Centre of Bulgaria in Russia.
In the triumphant surroundings Mr. Plamen Grozdanov, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Bulgaria in Russia, opened the ceremony.
Mr. Kim Waddoup, Mr. Plamen Grozdanov, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Bulgaria in Russia and General Director of Virtus company Denis Zababurin are opening the Salon
The Ambassador said that taking in mind the growing interest of Russian people to Bulgaria this Salon is undoubtedly well-timed and useful for development of the relations between Bulgaria and Russia.
Mr. Plamen Grozdanov, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Bulgaria in Russia addressed a complimentary speech to the participants of the Salon.

At the opening there were attended:
- Malina Bozhinova, Director of Industry centre of Bulgaria in Moscow;
- Kirill Vachev, Head of Trade and Economy Service of Bulgarian Embassy in Russia;
- Plamen Bonev, Head of the Marketing, Advertising and Regional cooperation Department of Industry centre of Bulgaria in Moscow;
- collaborators of Bulgarian Embassy in Moscow and representatives of Bulgarian mass media.
With the sounds of Bulgarian anthems His Excellency cut off the symbolic ribbon, and the Salon has begun.

There were attended nineteen Bulgarian developers which represented investment projects for potential Russian investors with the offers addressed to the private buyers.
The Salon attracted attention of target group which is interested in Bulgaria as the country for residence, rest and investments.
