Participation Charges
The Moscow International Investment Show will take place in the professional ambience of the T-Module hall with 1,500 square meters of space, in the centre of Moscow.
The participation charges for the Moscow International Investment Show 14 & 15 October 2011 are as follows:-
1. Standard Shell
We have 3 stand variants:
| Variant A is €.450.- per m2 + Registration charge €.350.- (6 m2 & 12 m2 stands). |

| Variant B is €.490.- per m2 + Registration charge €.350.- (6 m2 & 12 m2 stands). |

| Variant C is €.520.- per m2 + Registration charge €.350.- (6 m2 & 12 m2 stands). |

Variant C - 6 m2 includes: back / side walls, rotative lightbox cube with logo, front glass panel(s), lighting (2 lamps), power, 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 waste-basket, fascia panel(s). |

Variant C - 12 m2 includes: back / side walls, rotative lightbox cube with logo, front glass panel(s), lighting (4 lamps), power, 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 cupboard, 1 info-counter, 1 waste-basket, fascia panel(s).
Note: The price of stand "C" includes placement of one and the same logo on the four sides of the rotative lightbox cube and on the front glass panel only. Other variants (logos of two companies on the cube, a poster on the glass panel, etc.) refer to additional services.

| Note: Registration charge €.350.- includes listing (contact details, short company profile) in the catalogue distributed among visitors, 4 badges, 100 invitations, certificate of participation, stand cleaning, security. This is a compulsory payment. |

2. Budget and Absentee Participation
| Plasma Stand Participation |
In a special section of the Show your company will have a dedicated plasma screen showing your company presentation and a Info Counter where your brochures can be displayed and collected by visitors. A bar stool is included. |

| Shared Absentee Participation |
| If you are looking to 'test' the market in Russia our shared absentee participation package may be the ideal solution for you. This includes a shared brochure stand in our special section. Potential clients will have the opportunity to take brochures from the brochure stand. A member of our staff will monitor this and ensure that there is a supply of your brochures. |

Notes on Absentee participation:-
• Please note that no staff are allowed on or around these absentee positions. Whilst you are free to visit the show we cannot allow personal attendance in this offer.
• Brochures and printed material must be received at least 7 days prior to the opening.
We also offer a Flyer Printing Service that includes translation and printing.
